MJM Nursery — Collection Terms & Conditions

1. Collection Responsibility. The customer is solely responsible for arranging adequate transportation to collect the seedlings from MJM Nursery on the booked date and time. Failure to collect within 3 days of the booked slot may result in forfeiture of seedlings without refund.

2. Seedling Condition. MJM Nursery guarantees seedlings are in healthy condition at time of collection. Any damage incurred during transport is the sole responsibility of the customer. Seedlings must be transported with appropriate covers (tarpaulin) to prevent dehydration.

3. Quantity Verification. The customer must verify the quantity received at the time of collection and sign the delivery order (DO). No claims for short delivery will be entertained after the customer has left the nursery premises.

4. Changes & Cancellations. Booking date changes require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur an administrative fee of RM 200.

5. Access & Safety. The customer’s driver and staff must adhere to nursery safety guidelines while on premises. MJM Nursery is not liable for any accidents or injuries arising from non-compliance.

6. Force Majeure. MJM Nursery reserves the right to reschedule collections in the event of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
